Cocoliche Trio

Cocoliche Trio

Cocoliche is a language created by Italian immigrants and Argentinian locals in Buenos Aires, in the beginning of the 20th century.

Several words and expressions from it are still used nowadays on both sides of the Atlantic.
100 years later, the process reverts: Argentinians and Italians meet back in Europe, in the middle of an ultra globalized society.

We like to think our project as a result of all this mixture, same as our ancestors once experienced.

Spanish, Italian, tango, jazz, latin, meeting back and transforming each other once again, creating a new common language, a new Cocoliche: our music.
